Masking Caps

Protective masking caps engineered to cover external threads, studs, shafts, and
pipe ends during surface finishing operations. Manufactured from flexible silicone
and vinyl materials, our caps provide tight seals to prevent coating build-up on
critical mating surfaces. Features easy-peel designs for fast removal even with
gloved hands. Standard sizes fit M3-M24 threads and 1/8″ to 3″ OD tubes.

    High Temp Silicone End Caps (Stud Masking) – Up to 315°C

    Leader Masking Silicone End Caps are designed to mask external features such as threaded studs, pins, and tube ends. The flexible silicone stretches slightly over the part to create an air-tight seal, preventing paint, powder, or plating liquid from reaching the threads.
